Hello, I am Jason Moore from Memphis, TN. Since 1995, I have been a fan of guitar legend Dick Dale. Believe it or not, it had nothing to do with the movie Pulp Fiction. What drew me to his music was his raw, ear bleeding, powerful sound. His tone and playing technique were like no other.

 

Off stage, he and Lana were always very friendly to me. I still have the voicemail on my phone from when Dick invited me to meet him and Lana down at Sun Studio in Memphis.

I have been taking guitar lessons from Jimmy Dale, the son of Dick Dale. Jimmy is a world class guitar player in his own right. I have picked up more from Jimmy these past few months, than I learned on my own over the past several years.
